Imann Fletcher is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Fletcher-Moore LLC, a National Defense consulting company specializing in Intelligence and Information Technology solutions.

 

Prior to establishing Fletcher-Moore LLC, Imann spent 10+ years in various leadership roles, both in the United States Army Reserves and professionally.

Beyond his professional achievements, Imann holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology & Anthropology from Towson University and currently serves in the United States Army Reserves. Additionally, he represents the Army in the annual U.S. Armed Forces Chess Open. In his spare time he enjoys advocating for mental health laws and practices, running, and rooting for the Washington DC sports teams.
