Josh Shirley is the Chief Operating Officer for FletcherMoore LLC and a retired veteran.  He is responsible for Knowledge Management, Process Improvement,  Operations, and Cyber Security Solutions.

 

Prior to joining FletcherMoore LLC, he was a Senior Knowledge Manager for the Department of the Army Intelligence Information Service where he supported the US Intelligence Community as well as US allied partners. Additionally, he has over two decades of experience performing duties as a senior leader, manager, and trainer in the US Army.  He has led diverse multi-national cross-functional teams internationally and improved the partnership capacity of key U.S. allies. Josh has experience at all levels of military operations; tactical, operational, and strategic. He has significant experience producing high level strategic and operational intelligence for high level executive leaders and flag officers. He has a long record of providing management, training, coaching, mentoring, and team-building to develop teams, improve processes and staff function.

 

Josh Shirley has a Master's Degree in Political Science with a concentration in International Relations and a Bachelor's degree in Intelligence Studies.
